Whiskey Wieners
I can't make this recipe without thinking of my father-in-law Ray. I think he could have eaten the entire recipe in one setting if we let him! Be sure to use good hotdogs for this. It makes all the difference!

3 pounds wieners
3 1/2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 teaspoons prepared mustard (French's yellow is what I use)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 1/2 cups whiskey

Cut the hotdogs into 1 inch pieces. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over hotdogs. Mix well. Place in Pam coated small casserole and bake at 350 degrees for about one hour.
