Lemon Poppyseed Muffins
Oh so lemony!

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
8 ounce container lemon yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg, beaten

Mix the dry ingredients and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixing only until just moistened through. Divide batter into 12 paperlined muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
