We love this marinade with London Broil or Tri-tip! 1/3 cup cooking oil (I use Canola) 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 cup soy sauce squirt of prepared mustard, about 1-2 tsp. or so 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
This is best if mixed the day before to allow the garlic to blend with the other flavors. I like to marinade my beef in a ziploc bag and flip the bag at least once. I usually only marinate for a couple of hours. I wouldn't do it over night as I feel the flavor overwhelms the beef. Play with the timing that suits your tastes. Enjoy!
